How do I access my Certificate of Analysis?

Every order includes a CoA issued by our third-party laboratory. It is attached to your order confirmation email as a PDF. You can also find it in your account under Order History.

What is the shelf life of lyophilized peptides?

Properly stored lyophilized peptides are stable for 24–36 months when kept at −20°C, and 6–12 months at 4°C. Once reconstituted, we recommend use within 30 days when stored at 4°C.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. Check back for updates as we expand.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement on business days, before they enter our fulfillment queue. Contact us immediately via the form below or by email.

How is payment via Zelle handled?

Zelle orders are held in a reserved state until payment is received. Once your Zelle transfer is confirmed, your order is approved and enters fulfillment. Include your order number in the memo.

What if my shipment arrives damaged?

Please photograph the damaged packaging and product and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
