We endeavor to describe our products as accurately as possible. All purity levels are based on third-party laboratory analysis at time of testing. Actual results may vary between batches. A Certificate of Analysis is provided with each order reflecting the tested batch.

Total Peptide Health ships exclusively within the United States from our temperature-controlled fulfillment facility.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are typically picked and packed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed the following business day. Typical fulfillment time is 48 hours from order confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Standard shipping typically delivers within 3–5 business days. Expedited options (2-day and overnight) are available for qualifying orders. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed by Total Peptide Health.

Temperature-Controlled Shipping

All peptide products are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging to maintain stability during transit. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) products are stable at room temperature for the duration of standard shipping. We use insulated mailers and ice packs for products requiring refrigeration.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship outside the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain shipping methods. We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders to addresses flagged for suspected fraud or compliance concerns.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, reship or refund the affected items.

Due to the nature of our products — research-grade biochemical compounds with strict quality and temperature requirements — our returns policy is limited. Please read carefully before placing an order.

General Policy

We do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances. Returned products cannot be restocked or resold due to the inability to verify storage conditions after shipment.

Eligible Refund Situations

We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following circumstances: (1) you received the wrong product; (2) your product arrived visibly damaged due to shipping; (3) your product's Certificate of Analysis indicates a purity level materially below what was represented at time of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence where applicable.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or replacement, contact our support team via the Customer Service page with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographs. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without penalty before they enter the fulfillment process (typically within 2 hours of order placement on business days). Once an order has been picked and packed, it cannot be cancelled and the standard returns policy applies.

Non-Returnable Items

All sales are final on opened peptide products, custom orders, and international shipments. We are unable to process refunds for products that have been improperly stored, altered, or used.
